| Click the metal coin inside as if attempting to click it in half. You should then see a chemical reaction happening in the pads, which signalises that they are heating up. The heat from the pads should last between 20-30 minutes at 55c. |

To warm up the hot squares: When they have gone hard place in bowl of cold water into your microwave. Heat for approximately 5 minutes and then check to ensure that all the salt has completely dissolved in the solution. If not heat again for a MAXIMUM of two minutes. Or Place in cold bowl and place on stove. Keep in hot water until all the salt crystals have completely dissolved. Then wait for heating pads to cool down before reusing. |
